Returns
RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online and In-Store purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order for online purchases and 5 days for in-store purchases. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, bralettes, swimwear and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

If item is a pre order or a custom item for you, they are NON-RETURNABLE

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a polymailer (shipping bag) or box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, you will be contacted regarding your store credit.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@linenroseboutique.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@linenroseboutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

 

***Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package and file a claim with the carrier.***

 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We are proud to announce we are now offering shipping worldwide! Shipping estimates are for USA only. Please allow up to 2 weeks if you are not a resident of the United States.

At Linen Rose Boutique we strive to give our customers fashion-forward inspiration. You can find inspiration on both our Facebook and Instagram pages. We also list every item worn by the model on each product page.

How do I track my order?

 

An email and SMS notification will be sent with your order confirmation when your order is places. You will also receive status updates sent via email and SMS

How can I use a Gift Card or Promo Code?

 

When you start the checkout process, click the button that says "Enter a promo code". Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping cost

 

What Size Do I Order?

 

We know that every woman has her own unique shape. With that being said, we provide a general sizing guide when applicable. If you have any questions regarding size, feel free to call us and we can set up a FaceTime consultation during normal business hours.
